Scott Engineering, Inc., is a highly qualified, multi-disciplined consulting engineering and surveying firm that provides personalized services and solutions to meet the needs of our diverse clients. Located in Dover, Delaware, our firm and it's staff have collectively been serving the needs of government, industry, and private developers for over 30 years in the field of land planning, transportation, site design, utility design, water and wastewater design, and land surveying. Our clients include numerous public and private entities and developers.

Our experience and expertise encompass a wide range of civil engineering and surveying services, including planning, land studies, feasibility studies, site design for new construction or expansion of existing sites, surveying, structural design, and construction phase services.

SEI commits to taking an aggressive approach in designing and managing projects to meet our client’s needs. As such, we offer what we consider to be value-added service. This means consistently providing a level of service beyond the norm expected.
