PROJECT STAFF
A team of professionals is selected for each project on the basis of qualifications and experience on similar projects and will be available throughout all phases of work. Project teams will be under the direct supervision of Gregory R. Scott, Owner and President. Mr. Scott will be responsible for technical supervision, project scheduling, communication with regulatory agencies, providing client liaison and total project oversight. Mr. Scott is extremely familiar with the City of Dover and Kent County having lived and worked in Kent County for the last 22 years.
FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
Operating from a Dover-based office in the center of the State, we have the ability of extending services to a large number of clients in the public and private sectors while retaining the advantages afforded by a small personalized firm. We have made a strong commitment to technology. All our engineers and draftsman have their own Pentium computer workstations.
Computers are used for word processing, specifications, CADD, estimating, proposals, project management, accounting, and document production. Field personnel are equipped with electronic instruments, data collectors, and state of the art GPS systems.
